The importance of Demand Planning to the overall Supply Chain is ever increasing. Effective demand analysis and forecasting is a key driver of the S&OP process (especially given the current increase in UK manufacturing requirements) and is a fundamental part of all stock replenishment processes, whether stock is sourced from production or from external supplier.
